    Every listing is checked — photos, text and price — before it is published, and landlords confirm they have the right to rent out.

    Cozii Homes arranges payment with both parties personally. If someone asks you to pay outside Cozii Homes, it's not us.

    We confirm every booking personally before anyone moves in.

Good questions

What is the minimum stay?

31 days. Stays run from one to twelve months, which is what the platform is built for.

How are homes checked?

Every listing is checked against our quality rules — photos, description, price and stay length — before it is published, and listings with problems are sent back to the landlord. Landlords confirm that they own the home or have permission to rent it out.

What does the tenant fee cover?

The one-time fee of 2,495 DKK (excl. VAT) covers the booking, the digital lease, payment handling and support throughout your stay.

What is a fixed-term lease in Denmark?

Danish rental law allows a lease to be time-limited (tidsbegrænset) when there is a reasonable basis, for example the owner returning or selling. The lease ends on the agreed date without notice. This is a general explanation, not legal advice.

Where is Cozii Homes available?

Cozii Homes is live in Copenhagen. We plan to open in more Nordic and European cities over time.
